Honey bees are creatures of the dark.
Naturally matured high proline Manjarika honey is a rarity found only once every year, during the dark phase of the Moon, peaking on the New Moon Day (Amavasya) of the month after flowerings of Spring.
During Moonlit phase, the bees beach it out and suck the hives dry.

Manjarika is a limited stock, multiflora honey - procured from naturally matured, low yielding micro hives (~100 gms/hive) of ‘Apis Florea’ - the Asiatic wild dwarf golden honey bee.
​
The micro-bee Florea's choice of nectar makes its' honey lighter with low pungency notes - easy to blend in as a daily additive of preference.
